摘要
Commercial 3,4,9,10-perylene-tetracarboxylicacid-dianhydride (PTCDA) without modification shows promising performance as a cathode for sodium-ion batteries. It exhibits a high reversible capacity of 145 mAh g-1, a rate capability of 91 mAh g-1 at 1000 mA g-1, and a stable cycle life. When discharged to 0.01 V, 15 sodium ions can be incorporated into a PTCDA, exhibiting an extremely high capacity of 1017 mAh g-1. © 2014 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim.
