摘要
A study on liquid crystal (LC) added electrorheological (ER) fluid was presented. The rheological properties for zeolite based ER fluids were examined. The LC additives were used to enhance the ER response. The effect of LC was found to be more pronounced at high electric field strengths. It was observed that the LC increases the dynamical yield stress.
