摘要
In this study, the authors proposed a conical absorbing target for ultrasonic power measurements using the radiation force balance method. We have compared three types of targets, i.e., a conical reflecting target, a plane absorbing target and a conical absorbing target. As the result of these experiments, the conical absorbing target showed some good characteristics for a precise ultrasonic power measurement system.
