摘要
A good combination: RNA interference (RNAi) technology combined with surface chemistry can be used to control RNAi-mediated gene silencing in Drosophila Schneider 2 (S2) cells patterned on tailored self-assembled monolayers of alkanethiolates on gold. The cell population and not the cell confluence was shown to be critical for the effectiveness of RNAi Rho GTPase. (Figure Presented). © 2007 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
