摘要：

A new strategy for the construction of O-linked oxepane ring system is described. The present method involves regioselective acetal cleavage by i-Bu2AlSePh and intramolecular radical cyclization by use of beta-alkoxyacrylate. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
