摘要
The advantages of isotope dilution analysis for speciation in the metal species are described. The species-unspecific mode of different species provides accurate and precise determination of the element, because the quantification parameter is an isotope ratio, in spite of an absoluted intensity. Besides the accurate and precise quantification of the species obtained, the isotope dilution for speciation also involves shorter analysis times. The isotope dilution for speciation also require less usage of organic solvents as there is no need to recover all the species extracted from the solid matrix and so, subsequent extractions using fresh solvent are not required.
