摘要
Starting from Sn droplets, the evolution of the microstructure of tin dioxide layers during their oxidation process is reported. The effect on the stability of the sensor response is shown by comparing the behavior of sensors obtained at different oxidation conditions. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
