摘要
The effect of a magnetic field on the electrical polarisability of a shallow donor placed at the centre of a semiconductor spherical microcrystallite is studied in the framework of the effective mass approximation and using a variational approach. Variations of the polarisability of the system versus the crystallite radius and magnetic field strength are analysed in the infinite confinement potential case.
