摘要
In this correspondance, a new method is presented that uses the model of the complex single tone in the DFT domain to set a system of linear equations using 2 DFT samples. The solution of this linear system gives the value of 2 intermediary parameters from which it is easy to determine the frequency and the complex amplitude. This deterministic method is then applied directly for parameter estimation in noisy conditions. With appropriate choice of the DFT samples, the estimators are robust in poor SNR conditions.
