摘要：

Elevation of the admission WBC is associated with a greater postprocedural thrombus burden, larger infarct size, and a higher incidence of reinfarction after percutaneous intervention for AMI. These data suggest that patients with a higher baseline WBC have a heightened inflammatory process.
