摘要
Tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated periodic syndrome (TRXPS) was diagnosed in a 22-year-old man after a 1-year history of periodic fever, nyalgia, conjunctivitis, cervical lymphadenopathy, and oral ulcers. As a child lie had signs symptoms suggestive of periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis, and adenitis syndrome. This report indicates the importance of considering TRAPS as a cause of periodic fever in older children and adults and that TRAPS may present with signs and symptoms suggestive of periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis, and adenitis syndrome in young children.
