摘要
Single-molecule measurement techniques enable the dynamic behavior and reaction kinetics of individual biological molecules to be studied quantitatively at the single-molecule level with excellent spatial and temporal resolution. We discuss the general techniques used to visualize single molecules in living cells. (C) 2004 Published by Elsevier Ltd.
