摘要
Bismuth (0-120 mu g) can be determined spectrophotometrically at 495 nm after its extraction as benzyltributylammonium tetraiodobismuthate into chloroform. The effects of reagent conditions, diverse ions and masking studies are reported. The system has been applied to the determination of bismuth in a range of copper-based alloys.
