摘要：

The purpose of this article is to discuss the multicultural training process with Angle trainees as it relates to the following three issues: (a) supportively assisting Anglos with the difficult task of confronting White racism, (b) teaching Anglos to respond empathetically to challenges from ethnic-minority colleagues and clients, and (c) introducing Anglos to the joys inherent in multicultural counseling.
