摘要
The design and structure of a semisymmterical groove guide resonators was analyzed. The groove guide resonator consisted of a planar plate at the top and a groove plate at the bottom and can operate in the frequency range of 20-40 GHz. It was observed that the frequencies of the resonances can be shifted between these frequencies by exciting the TE 01 mode and adjusting the plate distance. Some of the main errors that may occur in groove guide resonators are fabrication tolerances of structure, finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulation error and precision limits of the measurement equipment.
