摘要：

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) remains a challenging autoimmune disease in term of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment. It is estimated that 10-17% of lupus patients present before the age of 16. SLE in children appears to have more severe organ involvement than in adults.
