We prove that Partial Pareto social welfare functions that verify Restricted Non-Substitution and Anonymity exist, and that there are explicit expressions of Strongly Paretian social welfare functions with Restricted Non-Substitution, when each generation's utilities lie in N boolean OR {0}.
