摘要
The ionic conductivity of lanthanum containing vanadocalcic oxyapatite Ca10-xLax(VO4)(6)O(1+x/2)square(1-x/2) (0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 2) was measured by the complex impedance method at temperatures from 350 to 900 degrees C. The frequency resolved spectra of this conductivity show the temperature dependence of conduction regimes such as the hopping motion, relaxation hopping, and vibrational movements of the mobile ions, (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd.
