Image Encryption Based on Chaotic Map and DNA Coding

摘要
In order to extend the security of image encryption algorithm, an extended digital image encryption algorithm based on chaotic map and DNA coding is presented in this paper. First we change image into DNA encoding and divide it into sub-block, and then chaotic sequences were generated by the logistic chaotic map, they are encoded by biological coding as 'A T C G'. According to different condition, we will make correspond to computation between chaotic coding and each block of image coding. At the same time, different image encoding make different biologic operation controlled by chaotic encoding, the operation is used to permute and substitute the image's pixels. Finally we achieved image encryption. The simulation results show that the effect of encrypted image and decrypted is good. It can be able to effectively resist statistical attack, exhaustive attack and so on.
