摘要：

The practicing physician is faced with multiple cancer screening recommendations and guidelines from a variety of organizations. These organizations often have different constituencies and perspectives, resulting in conflicting guidelines. This article is designed to help physicians assess the strength of evidence supporting screening tests in order to help inform discussion with patients about undergoing screening.
