摘要：

This paper presents the OXYGENE platform, implemented at the COGIT laboratory of IGN (the French NMA). It allows for the development of interoperable geographic applications based on ISO/OGC specifications and aims at deploying researches undertaken at the IGN as "true" processing web services.
