摘要
We report the photovoltaic properties of the conjugated polymer/fullerene (C-60) heterojunction solar cells in which poly[2-4[(3,7-dimethyloctyl)oxylphenoxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene-co-2-methoxy-5-(2'-ethythexyloxy) 1,4-phenylenevinylenel (p-DMOP-PPV-co-MEHPPV) is an electron-donor and C-60 is an electron-acceptor. The insertion of 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline (BCP) as an exciton-blocking layer shows significantly enhanced efficiency compared with the single layer cell of p-DMOP-PPV-co-MEH-PPV. The ITO/p-DMOP-PPV-co-MEH-PPV/C-60/BCP/Al cell shows quantum efficiency of 2.3% and power conversion efficiency of about 0.11% upon illumination of about 0.2 mW/cm(2) at 495 nm.
