摘要
The use of template technique for the fabrication of fullerene nanotube arrays was analyzed. Investigations show the synthesis of nanotubes from C 60 fullerene by repeatedly immersion of an alumina template into the C60 toluene solution. It was found that the fullerene nanotubes could be formed at higher temperature by pyrogenic decomposition. The results show that the simplicity and high filling density of the method could be used in electronics and optoelectronics.
