Magnetization processes in amorphous and nanocrystalline FeCuNbSiB thin films

摘要
Thin films of the well-known soft magnetic FeCuNbSiB alloy (finemet) have been produced by ion-beam sputtering. The influence of him thickness and annealing treatment on the coercive field has been investigated. The magnetic softest films were found after an annealing treatment at T-a = 653 K more than 100 K lower than in melt spun ribbons. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
