摘要
Pt and PtRu nanoparticles supported on HNO3-treated carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were prepared by microwave-assisted heating of polyol process and characterized by XRD and TEM. It was found that the metal nanoparticles were uniform in shape and size and well dispersed on the carbon nanotubes. The average metal diameters were about 3.0-3.1 mn for Pt and 2.8 mn for PtRu.
