摘要：

An overview on role-based access control (RBAC) with X.509 attribute certificates was presented. RBAC systems defined a number of roles and assigned each role a set of permissions. It was concluded that RBAC can significantly simplify access control management for large numbers of users because it allocates permissions to roles rather than individuals.
