Fabrication of carbon nanocapsules using PNMA/PDVB core/shell nanoparticles

摘要：

Carbon nanocapsules with an average diameter of ca. 15 nm were fabricated by the carbonization of PMMA/PDVB core/shell nanoparticles, which were prepared by redox microemulsion polymerization. When the core/shell nanomaterial was carbonized, the PMMA core was eliminated, and the PDVB shell was transformed into a carbon nanocapsule.
