摘要
The essential oil of aerial parts of Micromeria fruticulosa (Lamiaceae) growing wild in Southern Italy was obtained by hydrodistillation and analysed by GC and GC-MS. Sixty-one compounds, representing 91.3% of the oil, were identified. The major components were gamma-terpinene (14.5%), ss-caryophyllene (12.6%), p-cymene (8.9%), alpha-pinene (8.2%) and ss-bisabolene (7.2%). The essential oil showed action mainly against Gram-positive bacteria. Copyright (C) 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
