摘要
Nanostructured zinc ferrite has been prepared by mechanical milling. The changes in the microstructure indicate a decrease in particle size and a simultaneous increase in the inversion parameter. Along with the structural changes, a magnetic transformation from the antiferromagnetic phase to a ferrimagnetic-like behaviour is observed by neutron diffraction. (C) 2003 Acta Materialia Inc.
