摘要
The vacancy-induced inhibition of grain growth was analytically studied using the continuous growth model. Conditions of stability of a polycrystalline material against grain growth made it possible to assess the stability of fine-grained, notably nanocrystalline, materials for specified experimental conditions. Further, the possibility of grain refinement due to vacancy supersaturation was confirmed.
