The influence of the processing conditions on the properties of hydrothermal processed barium titanium oxide powders

摘要
Crystalline, tetragonal barium titanium oxide powders were produced by hydrothermal synthesis at temperatures as low as 220 °C for 20 h. Higher Ba/Ti ratios during processing increased the powder particle sizes and tetragonality factor, but decreased the final skeletal density. A critical average particle size for the stabilization of the tetragonal phase was 130 nm.
