摘要
Phase equilibria have been established in the ternary Nd-Ru-Sn system within 0-33 at. % Nd for an isothermal section at 870 K. Three ternary ruthenium stannides of neodymium have been observed: Nd3+xRu4Sn13-x, (structure type Yb3Rh4Sn13), NdRuxSn2 (structure type CeNiSi2) and similar to Nd25Ru40Sn35 (unknown structure). The crystal structure of the similar to Nd2RuSn2 compound has not been solved yet. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
