摘要
The absorption spectrum of spin-coated azo metal thin film showed a comparatively large absorption band in the wavelength region (500-600 nm), which matched with the wavelength of the GaAIInP semiconductor diode laser (630-650 nm). The optical recording performance of the film was investigated. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
