摘要
The high-temperature crystal structure of Sc2O3-doped ZrO2 (ScSZ) was investigated by in situ neutron powder diffraction and XAFS measurements. The former revealed an oxygen displacement along [111] and the latter a distortion in the surrounding neighbors at high temperatures. High ionic conduction in ScSZ is examined in terms of crystal structure.
