摘要
The enantioselective hydrogenation of ethyl pyruvate to (S)-ethyl lactate over Pt/Al2O3 catalyst was investigated using the new modifier beta -isocinchonine (40%ee) which has oxazatwistane structure. These studies supply additional evidence for the widely accepted reaction mechanism.
