摘要
The authors have successfully applied a novel two-longitudinal-mode LD to generate a CW THz electromagnetic wave by photomixing (difference frequency generation). The LD, developed for this purpose, radiates two optical waves simultaneously with a separation of similar to 0.9THz and larger.
