Teamwork - The key to productivity

Teamwork is a function of discipline, imposed by a leader of vision and principle. The three essential elements of a team: the team leader; the willingness to be led on the part of the team; and the discipline of the leader and the team. A team would function effectively if these three essential elements are present. It must be recognized that failure to work together to restore quality and productivity will impoverish an organization. Change will not come from external dictates, such as governmental decrees. It will come only when each individual makes a specific decision to contribute to the common good regardless of what others do.
