The influence of pressure on the superconducting properties of the (CuxC1-x)Ba2Can-1CunOy family of HTSC materials

摘要
Samples of the (CuCX1-X)Ba2Can-1CunOy family have been prepared under various conditions to obtain the n=3 (T-C approximate to 80K), n=4 (T-C=117K) phases, and sequences going up to n=7. Moreover, a minority (unidentified) phase with T-C as high as 127K is observed in samples prepared under a 8GPa pressure. An applied pressure has the strongest effect on this high T-C which reaches 136K under 21GPa in resistivity measurements.
