摘要
The modeling of hydrate films accompanied with trans-film mass transfer was developed for a simple mathematical relation between the film thickness, the film-internal geometry and the water-phase-side mass transfer coefficient for the guest species. Each hydrate film is assumed to be a solid plate intervening between a guest-fluid phase and a liquid water phase. Liquid water permeates the hydrate films filling the capillaries. The water filling the capillaries is saturated with the guest species. The relation is utilized to show an illustrative example in reference to CO2-hydrate films in a thermodynamic condition nearly corresponding to the seabed.
