On the basis of the investigation of the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, this paper studies the mechanisms of spinal micro-adjustment manipulations in recovering and improving cervical dynamic and stationary balance from the perspective of biomechanics. © Shanghai Research Institute of Acupuncture and Meridian 2007.
