摘要
The ergometric assessment of anaerobic working capacity in athletes of different age (11–32 years) and gender was carried out. The results showed a well-defined interrelationship between the level of the anaerobic working capacity, the total body sizes, and such a physical (motive) quality as quickness. Athletes with more pronounced signs of an “athletic heart” and a more perfect reaction of the circulatory system under conditions of submaximum physical loads performed short-term muscular work of maximal intensity with greater power, which evidenced their higher level of anaerobic working capacity.
