摘要
Seroma formation is an uncommon yet recognized complication following augmentation mammaplasty. However, it is unusual to see persistent seroma formation subsequent to implant removal. We present such a case and review the literature to gain some insight into its etiology and to look at the options for its prevention. © Springer-Verlag 2005.
