云南省登革热媒介埃及伊蚊入侵扩散现状

摘要
全球化发展以及全球气候变暖,为媒介生物的扩散提供了更加便利的条件。埃及伊蚊是登革热主要传播媒介之一,云南省历史上未有过埃及伊蚊的记载,但自2002年2月首次在云南省发现以来,现已在瑞丽、芒市、勐腊、勐海、景洪、盈江、陇川、泸水、耿马等地陆续发现,分布范围不断扩大。本文拟从云南自然地理状况、埃及伊蚊的主要习性及在云南省境内的入侵扩散历程及其与云南省近年来的登革热暴发疫情关系、埃及伊蚊的防治策略及面临的挑战等方面予以综述。
