摘要：

<正>溃疡性结肠炎（UC）是一种病因未明、以结肠直肠黏膜弥漫性炎性损害为特征的慢性非特异性肠道炎性疾病。病程迁延不愈,复发率高,典型特征为反复发作的腹泻、腹痛及黏液脓血便,长期炎症可出现多种并发症。溃疡性结肠炎相关性结直肠癌（UC-CRC）是溃疡性结肠炎严重并发症之一。1928年Bargen首先报道了UC-CRC[1]。溃疡性结肠炎的癌变机制尚不清楚,
