摘要：

A 20-year experience with the management of exstrophy of the bladder is presented. Follow-up data from 27 patients indicate that cystoplasty is a satisfactory operation since half of the older patients developed urinary continence with a normal upper urinary tract. Continence was achieved several years after cystoplasty with aid of bladder neck revision and training. After failure of the cystoplasty, construction of an ileal conduit was the most satisfactory form of urinary diversion. © 1970.
