This Letter presents measurements of the phase and magnitude of the CP-nonconservation parameter 00 resulting from a study of the proper-time distribution of K0 decays in a short-lived neutral beam. We find 00=55.7°±5.8°and |00|=(2.33±0.18)×10-3. A direct comparison to +- measured in the same experiment gives 00-+-=12.6°±6. 2°and |00+-|=1.00±0.09. © 1979 The American Physical Society.
