COINCIDENCE INTERPHASE BOUNDARIES IN MGO/NI SYSTEM

摘要
This paper reports observations of low energy interphase boundaries for the MgO/Ni system. The Ni was a single crystal film with a (001) surface, and the MgO smoke consisted of cubic particles with left brace 100 right brace surfaces and 100 direction edges. The results show that the low interfacial energy boundaries for MgO/Ni correspond with the coincidence interphase boundaries. 17 Refs.
