摘要
The cubic perovskite, Ba2Bi(V)Fe(III)O6, has been prepared under high oxygen pressure (4 GPa). The lattice parameter resulting from powder XRD analysis is a = 2a0 = 8.279 (2) angstrom, implying a 1/1 Bi/Fe ordering. The physical properties of Ba2BiFeO6 have been investigated through magnetic susceptibility measurements, Mossbauer resonance and XPE spectroscopy.
