A new suturing system that offers the arthroscopist the ability to perform both inside-out and outside-in techniques for repairing meniscus tears with the same instrumentation is introduced here. Depending on the location of the tears, the surgeon can use either technique; in all the cases, meniscus repair can be performed in the easiest way.
