摘要
Magic numbers were observed for kinetic energy releases (KERs) upon desolvation of proton‐bound neat acetone clusters and mixed acetone/water clusters. The results for the neat clusters are successfully reproduced by the evaporative ensemble model of Klots. We conclude that the phenomenon is general, namely that the KER for a series of clusters goes through a maximum for the cluster of size n having special stability.
